We’re delighted to introduce a new member, Summan Tariq, who brings both experience and genuine enthusiasm for personal growth.
Summan first joined Toastmasters about ten years ago—originally just to accompany their partner—but quickly discovered how much she enjoyed it. Over time, Summan completed 10 projects and found that each one played a valuable role in helping them manage stage fright and feel more comfortable speaking in front of others.
What she appreciates most about Toastmasters is the community itself. The club offers a positive, constructive space to learn from one another, meet interesting people, and hear a wide range of perspectives. Table Topics, in particular, have become a favourite: a chance to listen, learn, and enjoy the variety of responses that come from spontaneous thinking.
We’re excited to have Summan join Glenmore RSVP Toastmasters and look forward to the energy and insight they’ll bring to our meetings. Please join us in giving them a warm welcome!
