PATHWAYS CURRICULUM

The Pathways curriculum is helps members build communication and leadership skills through a series of structured projects and speeches. Members complete hands-on assignments and deliver speeches as they progress through their chosen path, developing real-world skills at their own pace. In total, there are six paths to choose from: 

DYNAMIC LEADERSHIP

Focuses on building strategic leadership and conflict resolution skills, helping members develop strategies to facilitate change, improve interpersonal communication, and apply leadership in practical situations​

ENGAGING HUMOR

Designed to help members become humorous and engaging public speakers, this path emphasizes understanding and using humor effectively in speeches and challenging situations

MOTIVATIONAL STRATEGIES

Aims to develop skills for motivating others, building connections, and successfully leading teams to accomplish tasks, culminating in a comprehensive team-building project

PERSUASIVE INFLUENCE

Helps members build skills to lead in complex situations, focusing on negotiation, persuasion, and strong interpersonal communication

PRESENTATION MASTERY

 Concentrates on mastering public speaking, improving audience engagement, and delivering effective presentations, culminating in an extended speech project

VISIONARY COMMUNICATION

Focuses on developing and communicating a vision, inspiring others, and leading change through innovative communication and leadership skills.
